Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving item for full refund to apply (some exceptions apply).
All returns received after 14 days from the arrival date will be issued store credit.
All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original, unopened packaging with all tags, instructional brochures and promotional materials still securely attached for any refund, exchange or credit to be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return of the item.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.
If the item was a gift we will issue store credit.
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless products are being returned due to manufacturer defect, damage or shipping error.
Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that is amount may be more that the shipping cost charged on your order.
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the customers sole responsibility. We suggest that you use a service that provides tracking/delivery confirmation as Small Steps Eco Store cannot be responsible for items not received.
US customers must return items via USPS. Any brokerage fees incurred will be charged back to the customer.
Items that are being exchanged will incur a $7.95 shipping fee (some exceptions apply)
